Hot tubs at our homes are maintained by our own local operations team between every stay. Where a home charges a hot tub fee, it appears itemized in your quote before you pay.

Are the hot tubs private?
Yes — every home in this collection has its own hot tub for your party only. The one exception category is resort residences, where a listing will clearly say when a pool or spa is a shared resort facility.
Is the hot tub ready when we arrive?
Hot tubs are serviced between stays and kept at temperature during your visit. If anything is off when you arrive, our local team — not a call center — handles it.
Is there a fee to use the hot tub?
Some homes include it in the rate; others charge a per-stay hot tub fee set by the property. Any fee is itemized in your checkout quote before you pay.
