The space

• While the cabin sits two lots back from Highway 116, you may detect some road noise — it's the trade-off for being close to everything. • The home stays naturally cool thanks to the redwood shade and doesn't have AC, though you'll find it's rarely needed under the forest canopy. • The vintage Wedgewood stove works beautifully but may take a moment to figure out — light the pilot first, then turn the knob. • The primary renter must be 21 or older. • The Russian River area has narrow, winding roads that are part of its charm — take your time and enjoy the drive through the trees.
