Russian River Vacation Rentals

The Russian River valley is Northern California summer at its most classic: redwood groves, warm river beaches, canoe launches at Burke's, and cabin towns — Guerneville, Monte Rio, Forestville, Rio Nido, and Cazadero — strung along the water under the trees. These are the river getaways and lodging options our guests come back to year after year.
Our river homes run from riverfront lodges with private decks to hot-tub cabins tucked into the redwoods. Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve is minutes from Guerneville, and the Westside Road wineries of the Russian River Valley are on the way in from Healdsburg.
River homes are described in river terms — beach access, deck views, redwood settings. When a home is genuinely on the water, its listing says riverfront and means it.

Which Russian River town should I stay in?
Guerneville has the most restaurants and nightlife; Monte Rio has the famous beach and quieter streets; Forestville is closest to Russian River Valley wineries; Cazadero is deepest in the redwoods. All are within about 20 minutes of each other.
Can you swim in the Russian River?
Yes — summer is beach season on the river, with popular access at Johnson's Beach in Guerneville and Monte Rio Beach. Conditions vary by season and year; check current conditions when you visit.
Do Russian River cabins have hot tubs?
Many of ours do — a hot tub under the redwoods is the signature Russian River evening. Use the hot tub filter to see every home that has one.
