How do occupancy limits work?
Each home lists its maximum guest count, and it's a hard limit set by the property and local rules — it covers everyone staying overnight. Choose a home whose sleeps-count fits your whole group.
Do large homes have longer minimum stays?
Often, especially on holiday weekends and in summer — two to three nights is common. The minimum for your dates shows when you select dates on the home's page.
Can we host an event at the house?
Our homes are booked for overnight stays, not events — weddings and parties beyond registered guests need advance written approval and are rarely possible. Contact us before booking if your plans go beyond your overnight group.
