Clean, bright, and classy, this, three-bedroom home blends comfort with updated amenities and loads of character. The upper level boasts an open great room with soaring ceilings, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area with a table for six, and a cozy living area with aTV and a woodstove, all with infinite ocean views visible beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. Head downstairs to discover a second living area with a flatscreen TV and sound system, and a convenient kitchenette for entertaining. Step out into the garage where you'll discover a foosball table, while just beyond that, find yourself in the indoor pool. Additionally, this home also features a furnished upper deck, enclosed lower patio, and an outdoor, private hot tub. Things to know
The indoor pool has solar heat, and the temperature may vary depending on the weather. This home runs on propane heating and energy. If an odor is detected in-home, this indicates that propane levels are low - it is not a cause for concern. Keep your eyes on the horizon from December to April -- gray whales migrate just offshore, and this property has a front-row seat. Visit in spring for wildflower season -- the hills above Gualala and the river trails burst with lupine and California poppies. June through September brings the warmest weather. Morning fog is part of the charm -- it usually clears to reveal blue skies. Welcome to bring 1 dog (up to 50 lbs.). Please keep your dog on a leash on trails and clean up after them. Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.

Had a wonderful stay with my family and dog, enjoyed the amenities, including the pool and hot tub. Stargazing from the balcony was unbeatable! Walking distance to a few restaurants.

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the very peaceful and beautiful walkable neighborhood. The sunset views were incredible and deer passed through the yard in the mornings. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of clutter and plenty of space to arrange your belongings. The kitchen was clean and stocked. There wasn't any foil or plastic wrap. Just a note: The house has lots of stairs. There's an upstairs and a downstairs with separate living areas. The listing didn't show what bedrooms and bathrooms were on the 2 floors specifically. Not a problem as we only used the upper level, but if stairs are difficult for you, just take note as the listing didn't describe the layout well (in my opinion). It looked as if the house was pretty much all one level. Loved that we had a very small list to do at checkout. All in all, it was a great stay with a very peaceful neighborhood.

Beware Texans - no air conditioning- BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED IT. We opened the windows and breathed in the coastal cool/cold fog/air (I had to close them in the morning as it was too cold in the house - in August). Great vistas - we enjoyed all amenities - pool - hot tub - ping pong table - bbq grill. It was nice visiting my son (starting a new life in CA). We visited many beautiful beaches close to the villa. Clean and roomy ( my daughter, son in law and beloved grandson also visited). Days later I still miss the place and the family reunion.
