Overall the house was fantastic. The location and views were excellent. It had a lot of space inside to relax and just as much deck space outside to enjoy the view. It was clean and well kept, with all the appliances, bedding and kitchen utensils a family might need. Views from the inside would have been better if the large west facing windows were cleaned, which was mentioned in other reviews.
Call it bad luck, when we arrived after a day at the beach with 3 tired and cold kids, there wasn't any hot water available. The rental company responded as fast as I think they could to get a plumber to the house and the hot water heater was fixed around 10pm.
If you like waking up to views of the ocean and taking a short stroll to the beach is your jam, this house is perfect for you.

Such a great spot. A peaceful retreat from life’s troubles. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and has everything you need. Killer views as you listen to the sounds of waves crashing nearby. Close to town and close to the beach

Definitely loved this place. Majority of the windows have such a beautiful view of the ocean. This was an annual sisters’ and mother trip and we decided to do a lazy, quiet weekend and this was a great place. We wind down and the ocean was such a great white noise during night time to help relax and help with sleep. The beach was a short walk away. Casago was great at giving recommendations and staying in communication. We wished the windows were clean so we can have more of a view of the ocean and the outside chairs to be wiped down. It had spider webs on it.

Excellent property with high end furnishings and decor and fabulous view. Joe answered my questions immediately. Bonus point were the deer in the driveway when we were leaving to go to breakfast. We plan to come back in January for whale watching!
