The space

It's perfect for stargazing, and beach towels are provided so you can enjoy a soak whenever you like. Keep your eyes on the horizon from December to April -- gray whales migrate just offshore, and this property has a front-row seat. Visit in spring and the meadows explode with wildflowers. April through June is peak bloom season along the Sonoma Coast. The warmest months are June through September. Expect coastal fog most mornings that gives way to sunny afternoons.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this home. It was beautifully surrounded by trees, and you could hear the sound of the ocean from the home. The hot tub was awesome to have, especially in the early morning or later evening as we looked up at the stars. There were also so many trails nearby. Getting to the different community centers was easy, so we had a pool day/sauna time as well. There was also easy access to the various beaches. This was a beautiful property. Peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a bit of a slower chill vacation with family. We all just needed to unplug from our busy lives and spend time together, and this home let us do just that. I highly recommend staying here!

For anyone who has not stayed at Sea Ranch, I highly recommend it as a stunning destination. I grew up staying in this beautiful community, but this was my first time staying on the east side of Hwy 1, up in the redwoods. It meant that we did have to drive down to access the bluff trails, but I actually found that to be a plus, not a minus, as it meant it we got to explore different parts of the trail.
In terms of the house, it is an absolute dream! Tucked up in the redwoods, and a beautiful meadow out back, with lots of wild foxglove in bloom. There is a view of the ocean through the trees, and two decks to enjoy it from - the downstairs one complete with a hot tub. The bedrooms & bathrooms are all downstairs, along with a cozy living room that had pocket doors, making it into almost a 4th bedroom. And then the kitchen and family room were upstairs, with the best views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook, and all of the furniture was incredibly comfortable

Remote stay in a beautiful place
Very remote area, perfect to unplug, no cell phone signal unless you are connect to the internet at the house. The road up to the house is steep, SUV is almost required. Lots of space for the whole family.

Awesome time!
Very comfortable home! We loved the size of the kitchen, open floor plan and all the comfortable furniture. The updated bathrooms are really nice. Loved the huge jacuzzi, redwoods and wildlife.

Beautiful home and location.
This home is beautiful and is very well appointed with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The house is in a wonderful, quiet forest, we enjoyed our time immensely! Beautiful views! The only reason that we don't give it 5 stars is that the beds were very loud and creaky even with the slightest movement which didn't make the best sleeping conditions. Otherwise 5/5!

Relaxing Stay
Super clean, well stocked, beautiful forest views. Steep driveway-most aren’t paved in Sea Ranch. Super cozy and all furniture in new condition. They thought of everything to make you comfortable. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by Vacasa. Very impressed and would stay again without hesitation. Neighbors on each side and very friendly.
