You will have full access to the entire home and all its amenities during your stay. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.
Free streaming is included for Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime or you can use your own accounts. The outdoor wood-burning fireplace is currently out of order. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Additional fantastic amenities include gigabit fiber internet with high-speed mesh-WiFi, a Ping-Pong table, workout equipment, and an electric vehicle charger in the garage. Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times. Absolutely beautiful home right on the golf course, with stunning ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The house was extremely well kept and well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful, wonderful stay at the Sea Ranch.

We came here with our daughter and her friends for a quick get-away. They like exploring nature, the night sky, sunsets. We did miss out on the night sky & sunsets because it was overcast, but it was beautiful and peaceful. We had deer visit us both nights, along with a neighborhood cat. The bluff trail was easy to access and the views were gorgeous. The home was clean and had clear instructions on how everything worked. We checked out the hot tub, it was warm and clean - if the stars had been out the kids would have been in it for sure. All in all a great experience and would recommend to others.

My family and I stayed here for a peaceful getaway to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. We were blown away. Starting off with the beautiful home itself, it was big enough for all three of us to have our space but felt very cozy and welcoming. We opened the windows daily to enjoy the ocean views throughout the residence, allowing natural light into the interior. The home was equipped with amenities for all three of us and my parents thoroughly enjoyed the large TV and fireplace in the family room. The neighborhood was tranquil and the host recommended some lookout spots for me to take pictures as well as some coffee/breakfast locations during our stay which I truly appreciated. A significant enhancement would be the provision of a functional closet within the master bedroom. The locked master bedroom closet was slightly inconvenient for my parents, leading to the use of a closet located on the opposite side of the house. Aside from this, all other aspects were EXCEPTIONAL!

The house was great and in a beautiful location with views of the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need and more. We did a lot of walks on the trails leading straight from the house. Car charging for the electric car worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing ping pong. The only issue was the house was not completely cleaned by check in time due to mix up on the schedule but they extended out check out so it worked out fine. I would def stay here again.
