Such a beautiful home nestled in Sea Ranch that we loved using to both relax and for a work travel trip. We felt right at home and they had tons of amenities and details (like candles and books) to make us feel warm and welcome.
We loved sitting in the living room - the view and architecture was beyond beautiful. The bedrooms were spotless and bedding was so comfortable!
Bonus: The laundry room! We loved that we were able to use it.

Home has everything needed for short stay. Appreciate basic cooking oils, spices, sugar, etc. Hot tub was very clean. Home has ceiling fans and blinds to cool off upstairs bedrooms in the evenings. The home is just on the east side of CA1, so car noise happens but not much traffic during sleeping hours. Good pls e for group to hang out or find private nooks.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The house was comfortable and roomy, and the ocean views from the hot tub and windows were very nice. One downside was the noise from the highway, which started pretty early in the morning. It was also a little stuffy in the bedroom with the windows closed at night (they requested this because of raccoons), but this could be remedied if they added a ceiling fan. The primary bathroom had a nice shower with dual shower heads.

This home was perfect for a little getaway with our friends! Well situated between sea ranch lodge and little down of gualala.
The kitchen was set up with everything we needed to make family dinners.
You definitely need a car to get around , some trails are walkable from air bnb.
