Here in the west side meadows of Sea Ranch, you'll be half a mile from beautiful Stengel Beach and just over a mile from Shell Beach, where you can explore tide pools teeming with marine life and watch the harbor seals frolic. Gualala is a quick 10-minute drive south for groceries, dining, and fuel. For a scenic outing, Jenner and Bodega Bay are further down Highway 1.

The entire home is yours to enjoy -- make yourself at home from the moment you arrive. The private hot tub is available around the clock -- no reservation needed. Driveway parking is available at the property. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times. Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast. Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday. Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.

There is a small lockbox on the column near the front door. Instructions in the text message to retrieve the key were clear It would have been great if they left the porch light on, but it was OK with the light in our phone.

It’s hard to write a review when there is nothing negative to say and there is so much is great about a property - this spot was perfect for us. We loved the layout and location and the management company was responsive and supportive.The entire sea ranch experience was perfect - the layout was great for a small family with privacy for adults and inclusiveness for kiddos - the master sweet is separate from the loft and kids room and the kitchen was easy to use.The family room is lovely and we felt immersed in nature and the stars… the stars were everywhere - hot tub was great - it was truly a magical trip and only complaint was we couldn’t stay longer.Thank you - we will be back!

Terrific floor plan and comfortable furniture. Breakfast nook is delightful. Privacy available—snorers can be isolated from non-snorers. Loft bed has wonderful views.

We spent 4 lovely days at the Green Vale Getaway - the house feels very private yet close to hiking trails. The ocean view from the deck is amazing - photos cannot capture. Very well-stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds. Please be aware that guests need to provide their own firewood - the fireplace was perfect for a stormy evening. We would definitely love to visit again!

The meadow location with a view of the ocean is wonderful. House was very comfortable for our family of four. The outside hot tub was luxurious even in the December rain.

We had a great few days with our two sons. We especially loved the open layout, the deck and hot tub with views of the water and the stars at night. Great location near walking paths too!
