We arrived at 4pm and could not get access via the written instructions. Key pad codes did not work. Called Vacasa, who gave us options. Found 3 lock boxes. 1 worked and had 2 keys. One key worked for one unit, but other unit would not unlock. Vacasa called manager, who did not call for 2 hours, he gave us another code to try, which opened the 2nd of 3 boxes. This box had 2 keys, one worked for the other unit. Total time waiting in the heat to get in: 2 hours Everything inside was nice. Carpet is getting old and looks old. Everyday when we came in, the unit smells of cigarettes (we don't smoke).

This property is in a great location and you have the run of the place at the Silverado hotel that's just top notch. You get an old world. Great Gatsby feel, so nice and relaxing. The spa was just what the doctor ordered. If you lucky enough you won't be disappointed with this property.

Was perfectly located to go to vineyards and downtown Napa. Pool was not heated as described. A resident from a neighboring unit said it rarely works Otherwise, had a great experience!
