The space

Two adjoining ground-floor condos in the heart of Silverado Resort, both facing the golf course: pour morning coffee on Unit 271's patio and the driving range spreads out in front of you, mountain peaks beyond, while Unit 272 gives a second couple their own entrance and king suite. Together they sleep 4 across two king bedrooms, each with its own bathroom — shared evenings in 271's living room and kitchen, private retreats when you want them. Unit 271 is the hub: a sofa and armchair face the wood-burning fireplace, cherry wood furnishings set a relaxed mood, and windows frame the driving range and the mountains beyond. White cabinetry and full-size appliances line the galley kitchen, with a dining table just beyond. The king master opens to the patios through sliding glass doors. Unit 272 is its own studio retreat — mini-fridge, coffee station, dining nook — for a second couple that wants independence without leaving the property. OUTDOOR LIVING Unit 271 brings two patios: an open one off the living room and master with driving-range and mountain views, and a fully enclosed one that works as a private outdoor room. Unit 272 adds its own west-facing patio overlooking the golf course. The seasonal heated community pool sits steps away, and walking trails wind through the Silverado grounds. On-site restaurants, the market, and shops are open to all, and the seasonal community pool is steps away. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort under their own access policies and fees — please verify directly with the resort. Grab the keys from the lockboxes; two designated parking spaces — no street parking in the resort.

The community pool near your condo is available for your use. These privately-owned condos sit in the interior of Silverado Resort, looking out at the golf course, and are managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. On-site restaurants, the market, and shops are open to all. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort with their own access policies and fees — please verify directly with the resort. Excellent public courses like Chardonnay and Eagle Vines are nearby. Both units stay cool thanks to bedroom air conditioning and cross-ventilation from the patios.
