On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort with their own access policies — please verify directly with the resort. Excellent public courses like Chardonnay and Eagle Vines are nearby. The condo has air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located by the parking lot, close to the EV chargers — this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer.
