We loved everything about this! Silverado Resort is a great location with easy access to all areas of Napa. Having the resort with all the amenities is nice too. The market was great for a quick breakfast and coffee and the bar with the outdoor patio was lovely for a night cap. The room was clean and had everything we needed! Communication with the host was great too! Would highly recommend staying here!

Communication with Casago before, during, and after our stay was excellent—they quickly resolved a door lock code issue, let us drop off a case of wine before check-in so it didn’t sit in a hot car, and responded promptly to every message. The condo is close to the main building, was comfortable and spacious, had a bedroom view of the golf course leading to the first tee box, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard and neighboring buildings; it’s on the second floor with no elevator. A drawback was noise from weekend wedding receptions outside the main Silverado building, which ran until 10:00 p.m. and is managed by Silverado, not Casago. The location is a convenient base for exploring Napa. We’d gladly rent from Casago and stay in the Silverado area again, just in a unit farther from the main building or wherever there might be loud outdoor weekend events going on.

The Silverado property is beautiful & located near lots of wineries. The bed is a little hard so be aware.

The AC was broken when we arrived and it was so hot! But the apt manager brought fans and had a guy out first thing in the morning. Bed was so hard! It hurt our back every morning. Also the tea pot was missing a handle and we had to use our own pliers to open it every time. Serious safety hazard. Also we killed a bunch of spiders inside the apartment. I'm sure they spray the grounds outside but somehow big spiders are getting in. My wife is allergic to spider bites so I'm glad we saw them to be able to get rid of. We wouldn't stay here again. 40 bucks for late check out?! When check out is usually around 12 they have you check out at 10am. Who does that?

Silverado is a wonderful resort and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have stayed there many times over the years. Since this is a private rental, it is not managed by the resort. I have never written a bad review about a place I’ve rented. However, my recent stay at Unit 221 in Silverado was terrible. I arrived late on Friday night and noted that the bed was cheap and uncomfortable. The toilet was a problem in that it took a lot of force to flush and was very loud when filling. The next morning I called the rental service (Vacasa) and was told that the toilet was just fixed and that’s the way it works. My partner and I are weightlifters and it was difficult even for us to flush. The next day was hot (well over 100 degrees) outside. When I returned in the evening, the condo was hot, as expected. I made sure all the windows and doors were closed and turned on the air conditioner. Although the fan was very loud, the condo temperature started at 86 degrees and did not change after 2 hours. I did not call on the Saturday night since it was highly unlikely that it would be fixed that night. I sent a text the next morning informing Vacasa that the air conditioner was not functioning. I received a reply telling me to close the doors and windows. It appears very obvious that the owners want to spend as little as possible on this rental, and it shows. A new toilet can be purchased at Home Depot for less than $100. The bed is clearly cheap. The heater in the bathroom has an “Under Repair” sign on it. The air conditioner does not work. This is not a place that you want to stay.
