The space

Spend mornings on the patio as the dawn round tees off, afternoons among the Silverado Trail's tasting rooms (Del Dotto, Whetstone, Krupp Brothers), and evenings on the patio with a bottle from the day's wine-cave visits. A corner wood-burning fireplace with stone surround anchors the living space, a leather sofa and patterned armchair angled toward the 42-inch TV. Vertical board walls and crown molding add depth, and sliding glass doors frame the golf course views. The whole condo is yours, with patios off multiple rooms and a golf-course view. Punch in the keypad code at the door; one parking space comes with the unit.

Things to know

Take advantage of the seasonal heated pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and explore the property's nature trails any time of year. This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort with their own access policies — please verify directly with the resort. Excellent public courses like Chardonnay and Eagle Vines are nearby. The home's air conditioning keeps you comfortable during Napa's warm summers, when temperatures often reach the 80s and 90s. The condo has a charming wood-burning fireplace — firewood is not provided. The galley kitchen is compact but fully equipped for preparing meals with your Oxbow Market finds. The primary renter must be 25 or older. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located near the community pool — this unit does not have an in-unit washer/dryer.
