The units were fabulous. However, the access directions for the remote lock were wrong. Communicating with the Management team was horrific. I was on the phone for over an our on hold. We eventually figured out the process, but it was not easy. The back up lock box #s were wrong. Very frustrating.

We had a great time and this condo is well-equipped, close to parking and resort amenities. Look forward to being back!

The condo itself was fine, nice and clean. Took a minute to figure out the configuration. Unit 354 is basically just a bedroom and bath off the shared common space. Think hotel suite with an adjoining room. Worked out fine for our situation as we were Issues were with check in instructions; they were mixed up between the units with the wrong access codes. Had to call Vacasa to figure it out and they ended up re-sending the welcome email (which I never originally got) and once we figured out which code went with which unit, we got in. The access code for 354, which was a lock box next to a slider on the opposite side of the building, was never included but the agent was able to give me a couple different codes, one of which worked. Once in, the wi-fi network they had in the welcome email was nowhere to be found. Even tried using the info off the router and it never worked. Ended up using the Silverado Guest wi-fi which was weak but still usable.

We had a great time there. That home was clean and homey. The facilities were beautiful. However, we had 2 issues. We were given the wrong code of the lockbox and had to call customer service. It took us at least an hour to try to get in to the home. It was frustrating since it was 9 pm at night and we were tired. That other issue was that we could not get Wifi. My husband had to do some work on his computer and could not get the wifi to work. Not fun. Other than that, we had a good time. However, would likely not go there again.

The place was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I loved it and would love to stay again. The only issue which was a little annoying was the wrong lockcode was provided and it took 30 minutes of me trying to figure it out and on the phone with customer service to try 3 different codes.
