Driveway parking is available at the property. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. Things to know

Gas fireplace is decorative and not operational. Good to know: cell reception and WiFi are very inconsistent here. The living room on the second floor has no window coverings. Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times. Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast. Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday. Welcome to bring one dog (up to 50 lbs.). Please keep your dog on a leash while using the trails and clean up after them.

This was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy, the master bedroom spacious, the kitchen well stocked, the living space open with a nice view through the trees to sea beyond. We were very satisfied!

Wonderful house in quiet area. Perfect place for our family to get away from it all. Appreciated the wifi and TVs as well as the well stocked kitchen. Loved that the pool was just 5 minutes away. Would have loved a few more towels for pool use but otherwise perfect stay. Will be back again.

What a cute place! It was really homey and comfy and the kitchen had a ton of amenities. We cooked a whole Christmas dinner feast and had everything we could possibly need. We really had a lovely time catching up with friends and felt right at home. Would recommend and we hope to stay again in the future. <3
