Head downstairs to discover a second living area with a flatscreen TV and sound system, and a convenient kitchenette for entertaining. Step out into the garage where you'll discover a foosball table, while just beyond that, find yourself in the indoor pool. Additionally, this home also features a furnished upper deck, enclosed lower patio, and an outdoor, private hot tub. Things to know
The indoor pool has solar heat, and the temperature may vary depending on the weather. This home runs on propane heating and energy. If an odor is detected in-home, this indicates that propane levels are low - it is not a cause for concern. Keep your eyes on the horizon from December to April -- gray whales migrate just offshore, and this property has a front-row seat. Visit in spring for wildflower season -- the hills above Gualala and the river trails burst with lupine and California poppies. June through September brings the warmest weather. Morning fog is part of the charm -- it usually clears to reveal blue skies. Welcome to bring 1 dog (up to 50 lbs.). Please keep your dog on a leash on trails and clean up after them.
