The living room is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling sliding glass on two sides, with ocean views out both — waves to the north over Smugglers Cove, waves to the south toward Black Point. The space

Tucked away in a private location with striking ocean views, you’ll feel relaxed the moment you arrive! This modern home offers spectacular ocean views of Smugglers Cove to the north and Black Point to the south. Kick off your shoes in the mudroom and sink into the light-filled living room with sweeping ocean views, a five-foot-long Sparks gas fireplace, a 75-inch flatscreen TV, and Bose in-ceiling speakers. Set the automated blinds to your preference and enjoy different views of the coastline and the tranquil sounds of the ocean. Relax outside on heated patio furniture as you look for whale spouts, deer, bunnies, and other wildlife. Enjoy ocean views from the primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a separate Toto Neorest bidet-style toilet. The second bedroom features dramatic ocean views, an en suite bathroom, and sliding doors to a patio overlooking the cove. Neighborhood

Steps from the famous Bluff Trail, enjoy a short walk to Pebble Beach in one direction and to Smugglers Cove Beach in the other. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails to explore in the area, including along the coast, in the redwood forest, or in Gualala Point Regional Park. Explore over Sea Ranch's 50 miles of trails, discover tidepools at low tide, swim in heated community pools, and end the day with dinner at The Sea Ranch Lodge.

Guest access

From the kitchen to the deck, everything in this home is at your disposal. Parking is available in the garage. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

Usually, it is very reliable. Best for guests aged 12 and up due to the proximity to the bluff. The bluff cliffs on the property are dangerous and guests are strongly cautioned to keep a safe distance from the cliffs. Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times. Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast. Whale watching season runs from December through April -- grab the binoculars and watch for gray whale spouts from your window. Spring (April-June) brings a wildflower show across the coastal meadows -- lupine, poppies, and iris paint the landscape. Summer (June-September) brings the warmest days and longest light. Morning fog is common along the coast -- it usually burns off by midday.
