Salt spray, crashing waves, and a front-row seat to the Pacific -- welcome to the Mendocino Coast. Soak in the hot tub as the sun dips below the Pacific. A warm fire and ocean views anchor cozy evenings in. Room for 10 in this 4-bedroom home. Restaurants, river access, and Gualala Point Regional Park are a very short drive away. River kayaking, beach bonfires, and redwood hikes -- all from your doorstep.

The space

A breathtaking scene - of whales out on the horizon, waves crashing against the bluffs, and rocky cliffs both up and down the shore - awaits at this private, oceanfront estate. There's no place quite like this for experiencing the North Coast, in peace, privacy, and magnificent natural surroundings. This blufftop home sits among coastal cypress on a private, gated, acre-plus piece of property. With decks, balconies, and banks of picture windows wrapping the house, the setting promises infinity views of the ocean from almost every vantage point. You'll feel worlds away, yet the conveniences of small-town Gualala are less than a mile from your door. Step inside and be transported, with the great room showcasing the majesty of nature. Curl up by the first fireplace beneath beamed ceilings, recline with a favorite movie, and never lose sight of the view through floor-to-ceiling windows. Move into the chef's kitchen to find every culinary wish: top-of-the-line appliances (including double ovens, beverage refrigerators, and a built-in wok in the cooktop), granite countertops, an immense island, and a walk-in pantry. The night skies are incredible here, best enjoyed from the bubbly warmth of the hot tub. Each bedroom is luxurious in its own right. There's a primary suite with a fireplace, a TV, and access to the deck, not to mention a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower, and yet another fireplace. The guest suite offers deck access, a sitting area with a fireplace, and an en suite bath as well. The third bedroom is a detached casita featuring its own kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace and TV, a bedroom, and - of course - that unmatched oceanfront view. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Choose from 4 bedrooms. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps 8. PROPERTY AMENITIES -- 4 bedrooms, 3 bath + 1 half bath -- Private hot tub -- Gas fireplace -- Unbeatable ocean views

Beautiful home with an incredible view! We loved that every couple had a private room with their own bathroom. The house is well stocked, clean and has more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable and feel at home. We would definitely stay again!

Tina

We loved the house! We had nine people staying at the house and it was such a great size for all of us. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all of our meals, the deck and hot tub were wonderful for hanging out and enjoying the view, and there were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
