The space

This home sits on an 11-acre active ranch where sheep graze — cows and horses are often visible on the surrounding hills. It's part of what makes this place special, but please do not feed or pet any livestock. Quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The home has central A/C, so summer heat is well managed. The primary renter must be 21 or older. No smoking anywhere on the premises.
